Anysbos Farm

The design consist of a main residence with a farm managers cottage, barn and ancillary stores. The farm is located in the Overberg district. The main house is built around the ruins of the old farmstead and the skuur was renovated to retain the narrative of the original farm.
The positioning of the new structures was specifically chosen to create a werf and sense of place on the vast landscape stretching from the mountains towards the sea. Natural stone were used to echo the existing structures on the farm. The architectural style pays homage to the vernacular architecture found in the region.
